The Far East is one area that the SF6 products have had considerable success with over recent times. Mark Swetnam, Managing Director of Cambridge Sensotec, recently visited Kolkata in India to meet with several companies who have expressed an interest in our Rapidox SF6 6100 products.
The purpose of this trip was to meet up with Hitech India Equipments, distributors and representatives of the SF6 products. With over 30 years’ experience selling material testing equipment, they are also SF6 gas specialists, with a customer base ranging across multiple industries, such as Engineering, Automobile and Defence. Consequently, this reinforces how SF6 gas solutions are essential in a variety of environments.
Like the Rapidox SF6 6100 Portable and Rapidox SF6 6100 Bench versions, the Rapidox SF6 6100 Pumpback controls and monitors the quality of SF6 in medium and high voltage gas insulated electrical equipment. The gas (from equipment) can be sampled automatically or manually and is then logged by the analyser, resulting in data that the user can view from the screen or by the built-in thermal printer.
Mark Swetnam left the team at Hitech impressed with the capabilities of the machine after an informative demonstration. Going forward, this marks the start of a prosperous relationship between the two companies.
